I acknowledge that I am the responsible party for the Sports Team listed above and are making their hotel reservations for the 2021 Tip of the Hat Presents the Las Vegas Big Time Tournament and will be responsible for informing the team and parents of the hotel reservation process and deadlines for any changes, no shows or cancellations to the rooming list that I am submitting with this form.
